Order Processing

Shipping costs are always offered to you at the pick-up point!

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
If you wish to change your order, then simply contact us at contact@monchapeaupanama.com
All hats are in stock. Your order will then be processed within 24-48 hours. After that, normal delivery times apply.
Your package will reach you in about 3-4 days.
If your hat is not in stock, we will inform you of the delivery time.

Do you want to be delivered to a friend's house, a neighbour's house, your holiday destination, your workplace?
Nothing could be easier... simply specify it when placing your order or have it delivered to a nearby Colissimo pick-up point.
